Array of coin names that have hit their open interest cap. When an asset is capped:

No new positions can be opened
Resting orders cannot be placed more than 1% from oracle price
HLP (protocol liquidity provider) is exempt and can continue quoting
Existing positions can still be closed or reduced

This list changes as OI rises and falls. Typically contains illiquid assets with protective limits. HIP-3 builder-deployed markets have per-DEX OI caps set by the deployer (see DEX Limits).
