Array of coin names that have hit their open interest cap. When an asset is capped:
  • No new positions can be opened
  • Resting orders cannot be placed more than 1% from oracle price
  • HLP (protocol liquidity provider) is exempt and can continue quoting
  • Existing positions can still be closed or reduced
This list changes as OI rises and falls. Typically contains illiquid assets with protective limits. HIP-3 builder-deployed markets have per-DEX OI caps set by the deployer (see DEX Limits).
